Antonio Duran

Research Associate - Qualitative Analyst

Antonio Duran (he/him) will be an Assistant Professor in the Administration of Higher Education program at Auburn University beginning in Fall 2019. Antonio completed his undergraduate degree at New York University, his master's degree at Miami University, and received his Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs at The Ohio State University. Antonio's research agenda involves using critical frameworks to complicate the study of college student development and identity. He is particularly interested in the experiences of students with multiple marginalized identities with an attention to sexuality, race, gender, and spirituality. Antonio is passionate about helping higher education professionals embrace a scholar-practitioner identity guided by a lens of social justice and equity.
