Maryann Stassen has a background in social science research and Human Resource Management. Her expertise lies in research design, data analysis, survey programming, technical writing, and personnel consulting. Her past research has focused on predicting integrity and emotional intelligence using Implicit Association Tests. Her current research efforts involve organizational leadership, development of applied products, and improvement of processes.
Additionally, Maryann works with a team of researchers developing leadership products for the U.S. Army. These projects require compiling existing research, crafting new assessments, and testing modern interventions. Maryann holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.
