Sara Turner has her Masters in Educational Leadership from The Pennsylvania State University. Their research is specifically concentrated on emotionally intelligent leadership in athletics and how it plays a role in student-athlete resilience. Since receiving their degree, Sara has co-founded a company, called The Net, that teaches rising & graduating high school seniors emotional intelligence and life skills that aid them in creating their own resilience practice in order to thrive during the transition from high school to college.
Originally from Montclair, NJ, Sara earned her Bachelor’s in Marketing & Sport Management, with a minor in English from Seton Hall University. There, they were a student-athlete for four years as a member of the women’s softball team.
As a young professional, Sara enjoys spending her free time watching movies, reading, and laughing with family.
